These terms cover use of this website and enquiries about Business Startup School. Read them with the privacy policy, disclaimer, and cancellation page. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate.

The website
The pages describe an educational programme led in the materials by Dr. Ram Prasad. You may read them for your own information. You may not copy the design or text for another commercial site, and you may not misuse the form.
An enquiry is not a seat
A form, WhatsApp message, or email does not reserve a place. A place exists only when the team confirms it in writing, including dates, what is included, and any fee.
Fees
Announcements describe the readiness assessment as free. This website does not take payment. If the two-month school has a fee, the amount and the refund rule will be in a written note before you pay. Do not transfer money on the basis of a message that does not match that note.
Your messages
You agree that what you submit is accurate and that you have a right to share it. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
Intellectual property
Programme descriptions on this site are drawn from the school’s posters and registration script. Promotional artwork remains with its rights holders.
Liability
The pages are educational. To the extent the law allows, the school and the mentor are not liable for business decisions you make after reading the site, or for a loss caused by email failure. Nothing here removes liability that the law does not allow to be removed.
Law
These terms are intended to be read under the laws of India. A city or court is not named because a registered office was not in the source materials.
