Cancellation and refunds
This page stays inside what the materials support. It does not invent a refund window for a fee that has not been published.

The free assessment
Announcements describe the readiness assessment as free. If you change your mind before a conversation, tell us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. There is no payment to return.
The two-month school
- No fee is shown on this website.
- If a fee is charged later, the amount, what it covers, and the last date for a refund will be in the enrolment note before you pay.
- Do not pay until you have that note.
- If money is requested without that note, use the contact icons on this site before you transfer anything.
- This website has no checkout and does not store card numbers.
If a session moves
If you are registered and a live session changes, the team will try to reach you on the phone, WhatsApp, or email you provided. If you have paid and the school cancels, the enrolment note will say whether the fee is returned or moved to another date you accept.
